Guitar great John Scofield rips on Flu the Coop and Back in Effect, to which Neal Evans of Soulive lends his B-3 chops. Trombone legend Fred Wesley lends some funk to the James Brown-inspired Superfred and the title track "Outta Here". Despite the record's title, Lettuce is anything but outta here.

Tracklist

Side A

1. Outta Here (4:52)

2. The Dump (3:52)

3. Squadlive (3:58)

4. Back In Effect (5:37)

Side B

1. Twisted (5:16)

2. Superfred (3:59)

3. Reunion (5:47)

Side C

1. The Flu (6:23)

2. Nyack (4:10)

3. Hang Up Your Hangups (7:01)

Side D

1. Nyack (Live) (13:28)

2. Hidden Track (0:45)

UPC: 192641683190
Label: Lettuce Records
Release Date: 7.16.02
Format: LP Vinyl

Details

Label: Lettuce Records (LR-0020) · Released: 2021 · Country: US

Tracklist

A1 Outta Here – 4:52

A2 The Dump – 3:52

A3 Squadlive – 3:58

A4 Back In Effect – 5:37

B1 Twisted – 5:16

B2 Superfred – 3:59

B3 Reunion – 5:47

C1 The Flu – 6:23

C2 Nyack – 4:10

C3 Hang Up Your Hangups – 7:01

D1 Nyack (Live) – 13:28

D2 Hidden Track – 0:45

Credits

Sam Kininger – Alto Saxophone

Erick Coomes – Bass

Adam Deitch – Drums

Jeff Krasno – Executive-Producer

Sean Hoess – Executive-Producer

John Scofield – Guest, Guitar

Neal Evans – Guest, Organ (Hammond B-3)

Atticus Cole – Guest, Percussion

Brett Sroka – Guest, Trombone

Fred Wesley – Guest, Trombone

Toni Smith – Guest, Vocals

Adam Smirnoff – Guitar

Eric Krasno – Guitar

Jeff Bhasker – Keyboards

Allan Tucker – Mastered By

Ari Raskin – Mixed By

Hiroyuki Sanada – Mixed By

Peter Costello – Mixed By

Seth Waldmann – Mixed By

Adam Smirnoff – Producer

Lettuce (3) – Producer

Ari Raskin – Recorded By

Ryan Zoidis – Tenor Saxophone
