It finds Sly precisely balancing funk and pop, creating an album that wound up being his last masterwork and one of the great funk albums of its era. A documentary on Sly & The Family Stone, directed by Questlove, is tentatively scheduled for 2023.

Tracklist

Side A

1. In Time

2. If You Want Me To Stay

3. Let Me Have It All

4. Frisky

5. Thankful N' Thoughtful

Side B

1. Skin I'm In

2. I Don't Know (Satisfaction)

3. Keep On Dancin'

4. Que Sera Sera (Whatever Will Be Will Be)

5. If It Were Left Up To Me

6. Babies Makin' Babies

UPC: 196587410315
Label: Sony Legacy
Release Date: 6.30.23
Format: LP Vinyl

Details

Label: Epic (ET 32134) · Released: 1973 · Country: US

Tracklist

A1 In Time

A2 If You Want Me To Stay

A3 Let Me Have It All

A4 Frisky

A5 Thankful & Thoughtful

B1 Skin I'm In

B2 I Don't Know (Satisfaction)

B3 Keep On Dancin'

B4 Que Sera Sera (What Ever Will Be Will Be)

B5 If It Were Left Up To Me

B6 Babies Makin' Babies

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0998/4609/5166/files/Sly-The-Family-Stone-Fresh-RSD-Essential-Neon-Orange-LP-Vinyl.jpg?v=1791079554
